My path to counselling

My journey into counselling began with a deep curiosity about people and their inner worlds. Initially a couples counsellor, I soon realised my true passion lay in one-to-one work, building deeper connections and truly getting to know each individual. What truly inspires me is witnessing the quiet yet profound changes that occur when someone feels genuinely heard and understood. It's a privilege to provide a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, process, and make sense of your experiences without judgement.

My unique way of helping starts with truly listening—without judgement, pressure, or assumptions. I offer a steady, calm presence, allowing you to feel safe enough to be yourself and explore whatever is on your mind. We'll work gently and collaboratively, slowing down to reflect and gain clarity around your thoughts and emotions.
