When you come for counselling, I create a safe, calm, and supportive space where you can talk at your own pace. Sessions are always guided by your unique needs and goals, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
What to expect from your sessions
For anyone new to counselling, there’s no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to do therapy. Your session is a dedicated space for you to talk about whatever feels important, at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand. My approach is gentle, supportive, and client-led. Everything is confidential, and my role is to listen without judgement, helping you feel safe, understood, and supported. Counselling is not about being told what to do or being ‘fixed’; it’s a collaborative process to help you better understand yourself, your feelings, and your experiences.
